The Clara Alice Faye Foundations' mission, Women's empowerment.
As women, we are no strangers to anxiety and the overwhelming feelings that can come with it. The racing thoughts, the tight chest, and the exhaustion that follows can make it hard to get out of bed and face the day. But as hard as it may seem, taking action and focusing on the things that make us happy and fulfilled can be the key to easing that anxiety.
I recently experienced an anxiety attack and was left feeling drained and exhausted. But instead of wallowing in those feelings, I decided to take action. I drank water, exercised, and showered, and then focused on my passion: women supporting women.
As I sat at my desk at Beta Blue Beauty & Boutique, working on promotional materials for our upcoming Spring Social and after party, I was comforted by the messages I received from the amazing women in my community. Their support and encouragement gave me the strength to push through my anxiety and focus on what really matters.
At Beta Blue Beauty & Boutique, we believe in the power of women supporting women. Our Spring Social is all about bringing together women from all walks of life and uniting them in their shared passion for fashion and beauty. And with 100% of ticket proceeds and 15% of boutique sales going to the Clara Alice Faye Foundation, we're also supporting an incredible cause.
So if you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed, take a cue from me and focus on what makes you happy. Whether it's yoga, CBD, or supporting women in your community, taking action and focusing on the positive can help ease those anxious feelings.
